Acne


Acne is the common human skin disease that can range from blackheads and red pimples to wide, reddened pores and noticeable, scarred tissue.If the pimples is scratched or squeezed, it will lead to infection and spreading of the acne. It normally appears on the face, chest, neck,shoulder and the back.Acne often occurs during adolescence which usually cause by the increase of testosterone and continues into adulthood. For most people, acne tend to disappear or decrease by the age of  25. However, no way to predict how long it will take to disappear entirely.




Causes
  • Hormonal imbalance
  • Inherited
  • Overly stimulated sebaceous glands
  • Yeast overgrowth and fungal infections
  • Congested colon and constipation
  • Food allergies and food sensitivities
  • High fat diet and/or refined food diet
  • Alcohol
  • Smoking
  • High consumption of meat
  • Essential fatty acid deficiency
  • Zinc or vitamin A deficiency

Action Plans
  • Clean the face gently with mild cleanser at morning, evening or after heavy workouts.
  • Do not squeeze, pinch, or pick the pimple that can get scar or dark spot on the skin.
  • Choose make up carefully that is oil free or with the word "noncomedogenic" on the label.
  • Shampoo hair regularly.
  • Eat plenty of natural foods such as fresh fruit, vegetables and drink pure water.
  • Engage in some form of relaxation such as meditation or breathing exercise to reduce impact of stress.
  • Opt for probiotic and fiber source of food to reduce the occurrence of constipation.
  • Avoid stress, pollution and chemicals that can suppress the immune system.
