- Take food rich in zinc to encounter low dietary levels of zinc that cause dull, unmanageable hair and even hair loss which including fish and pumpkin seeds.
- Avoid intake of high sugar, alcohol, refined carbohydrates, yeasts and dairy products which adversely affect fungal conditions.
