- Shampoo hair regularly.
- Eat plenty of natural foods such as fresh fruit, vegetables and drink pure water.
- Engage in some form of relaxation such as meditation or breathing exercise to reduce impact of stress.
- Opt for probiotic and fiber source of food to reduce the occurrence of constipation.
- Avoid stress, pollution and chemicals that can suppress the immune system.
