- Do not overeat but maintain smaller portion and frequent meal
- Increase the intake of fiber and probiotic to avoid constipation
- Do not drink or smoking
- Limit the intake of caffeine, refined carbohydrates, salt, dairy products, carbonated drinks, and processed or packaged foods.
